SACRAMENTO - The Lake Tahoe Community College men's soccer team fell 3-0 to Cosumnes River College in the NorCal Regional Playoffs Round 1, ending the Coyotes' 2024 campaign.
LTCC (11-8-2) came away with points in four of its last five matches (3-1-1), winning at least 11 games for the third straight season.
Patrick Kearney, a freshman from Snoqualmie, Wash., led the Golden Valley Conference (GVC) with 27 goals and 65 total points in 21 games played. Sophomore
Kevin Alvarenga led the GV with 16 assists and sophomore
Jensen Peake was second with 15 assists.
The Coyotes put together a three-match winning streak between Sept. 27-Oct. 8, outscoring its opponents (College of the Redwoods, Shasta College, College of Siskiyous) 19-0.
