Three LTCC players named All-NorCal, Brandt earns All-State
Emily Brandt, Avery Hayes and Alyssa Allan were recognized by the CCCSCA.
Three Lake Tahoe Community College women's soccer players were recognized by the California Community College Soccer Coaches Association (CCCSA) for their 2025 campaigns - and all three hail from Reno, Nevada.
GVC Most Valuable Player Emily Brandt was named an All-State and All-NorCal First Team Forward. Brandt, a sophomore, led the team in goals (13) and points (37) while dishing out 11 assists. Her 37 points tied for the most in the GVC. She scored a season-high four goals against Shasta College (Sept. 30) and netted two in consecutive matches against Redwoods and Shasta on Oct. 10. She also recorded three games with multiple assists.
Avery Hayes was recognized as an All-NorCal Second Team Midfielder, while Alyssa Allan earned All-NorCal Second Team Forward honors.
Hayes, the GVC Midfielder of the Year, scored 10 goals and added five assists during her freshman campaign. She dished out three assists against Shasta (Oct. 10) and recorded at least one goal or assist in 11 of her 20 appearances.
Allan, an All-GVC First Team selection, led the GVC with 13 assists in addition to scoring 10 goals. Her 33 points and 10 goals were second on the team only to Brandt. The freshman registered a hat trick against Siskiyous (Oct. 7) and tallied four assists at Redwoods (Nov. 4).
Brandt is a Damonte Ranch High School graduate, while Hayes and Allan both prepped at McQueen High School.
