Lake Tahoe Community College

Robert Palmer is a dedicated soccer coach with over 10 years of coaching experience. A USSF C License holder, he brings a wealth of experience in player development and technical training to Lake Tahoe CC.

A former Assistant Coach at his alma mater, Park University (2023-2024), and a three-year technical coach at Kansas City Athletics, he's also worked across various academy levels (ECNL, ECRL, and MadL). He also brings a wealth of playing experience, including time with the Jamaica U-20 National Team (2008-2009). At the collegiate level, he earned Park University Freshman of the Year and was a three-time all-conference selction.

At the professional level, Palmer earned All-MASL First Team honors four times, and was the two-time Defender of the Year.

He is passionate about creating a positive and challenging environment for athletes to reach their full potential. He focuses on enhancing players' technical skills and tactical awareness.
