Bailey Flood

Bailey enters her second season as an assistant coach at LTCC alongside Jeremy Evans. She holds a USSF National "B" License and currently serves as the Youth Academy Director at South Tahoe Futbol Club.

From 2013 to 2017, Flood was the Assistant Director of Coaching at FC Westchester Elite Club (N.Y.), where she developed and implemented soccer curricula for U7-U13 players, ran coaching courses, and played a key role in evaluating and developing coaches and players. She also spent seven years coaching for the Olympic Development Program in New York, identifying top talent and leading training sessions.

Flood’s coaching career began at the collegiate level, where she served as an assistant coach at Manhattanville College for two seasons, contributing to recruiting, practice preparation, and game management. Prior to this, she was an assistant coach at Division I Iona College, working with the team’s midfielders and defenders.

In addition to her coaching career, Flood is a learning specialist and holds two master's degrees — one in Special Education and another in Elementary Education.

Flood played collegiately at Manhattanville, where she was part of the winningest class in program history. She contributed to two of the program's highest single-season win totals, including a 17-2-1 senior season that saw the team earn its first national ranking and set a record with 13 consecutive wins.

Individually, she became the first player in team history — and one of only eight eve r— to earn four-time All-Conference first-team honors, recognized by the Skyline Conference as a freshman and the Freedom Conference in her final three years.
