Lake Tahoe CC battles to scoreless draw against Delta College

Coyotes searching for first win since Aug. 26.

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The Lake Tahoe Community College women's soccer team forced 12 saves out of the Delta College goalkeeper, but could not break the seal in a 0-0 draw on Friday afternoon.

Brooke Waelbrock made nine saves of her own while Avery Hayes and Olivia Kwachak-Hall tallied three shots, but LTCC (2-2-2) registered its second scoreless performance in a row. 

The Coyotes fell to Cosumnes River College, 2-0, on Tuesday afternoon.

LTCC faces a stiff test when it visits No. 2 Folsom Lake on Tuesday. On Friday, the Coyotes travel to play Las Positas College.
