Coyotes finish top 15 in 3C2A State Championships
Lake Tahoe CC moved up two spots in the last mile of the race to finish 13th overall.
FRESNO, Calif. - The Lake Tahoe community college men's cross country team took 13th place at the 3C2A State Championship on Saturday at Woodward Park.
The Coyotes moved up the board late in the race, overtaking Orange Coast and Butte in the last mile.
Elijah Gilleland was the fastest LTCC runner on the day. He finished the 4-mile course in 21:18.8. Ben Cook-Appel was seconds behind him at 21:35.5.
