Hudson Conners, Men's Cross Country and Track & Field
"It's been a long-time goal since the start of the LTCC cross country program to have a full team with a chance at a conference championship. To see it come to fruition is something I am very thankful for."
Hudson Conners has been a part of the Lake Tahoe Community College men's cross country program since the very beginning. On November 22, 2025, he and the Coyotes will compete at the 3C2A State Championships. The Hughson High School graduate from Ceres, Calif. dropped by to reflect on his career at Lake Tahoe Community College.
Most memorable LTCC moment:
"My most memorable moment was when we raced seven runners at the start of the cross country season. It’s been a long-time goal since the start of the program to have a full scoring team in order to have a chance at a conference championship. To see that goal come to fruition and be a part of it is something I’m really thankful for as I close out my final chapter here at Lake Tahoe Community College."
Future plans:
"I plan to pursue my career in accounting with hopes of transferring to a university in the Bay Area, like UC Berkeley, San Francisco State University, or San Jose State University. I also hope to keep pursuing my running career through being on a team at one of those universities or simply running unattached in races."
Miss the most:
"The thing I will miss most about LTCC is definitely the community that surrounds the institution. There are so many people in this place that want to see students succeed, and it shows. My teachers, my coworkers in Fiscal, my coach, and even my fellow students and teammates want to see me succeed, and it encourages me to go after my goals with a tenacious attitude. While I will never forget every person that has touched my life here at LTCC, I will certainly miss seeing them on a day-to-day basis."
